Unemployment and a Life Change Decision

Unemployment has taken it's toll on me personally and in my family. My parents are getting on in age and finances are affecting my parents, brothers, and in a smaller way my sister.

Even though, I am going through my second divorce, I leave behind a friend and another former wife that now has a better footing to support herself and a non-biological step-son that will go on in life helping others or serving this country and all it's people in ways, the he has the will and mind to decide for himself when he gets older.

It has been a privilege to have been back in his life, as well as a friend to his mother for the last year. Lakewood City Schools may have failed him as a Kindergarten student, but I know North Royal ton will not next school year.

This was my second marriage and I do not regret marrying either woman. They are still my friends and I know that I have made an impact with their kids.

I have been thinking about it for a while, and I will be taking an internship on the streets of the City of Cleveland to advocate and help others with legal issues, computer skills, and advocating for change.

I will also be trying to attend Metro Campus of Cuyahoga Community College.

My sister is helping with storage of property and a mailing address.

My non-profit advocacy work will continue. I will continue to work for $20.00 computer work.

To my friends and family, no matter how bad things get, we are the people and we need to be their for each other. It should not be the rich for the rich and poor will always be poor. That is one of the many problems with our country.

Unemployment and the massive shift in the ability to obtain employment is harming our country. Our governments lack of action in Unemployment assistance, lack of 99er extensions, and the endless loopholes to get hired, keep your job, or get health care or benefits that you are entitled to is alarming.

Our schools are failing are kids, technology and new ways of learning need to be key in today's education system. Worksheets and testing are failing our kids.

Wall Street, corporations, oil companies, and lack of strict laws and regulations are hampering the recovery for main street in this country.

Being the prison nation continues to affect many youth and their families, you can only hold so many people that have made mistake sin their lives. To make mistakes is human, and human will always continue to make mistakes as we evolve.

Religion continues to be pushed in our schools and government. Religion has failed generations of youths, just look at the Catholic Church scandals here and in Northern Ireland.

This life change will occur in a few weeks and I will continue to blog from the field.
