The Games Begin in the New Year!

Well Folks,

I thought I had a Civil agreement with my Step-Son's mother on be able to have Nicholas over night every other weekend.

Once again, I have taken off work every other Saturday, so that this may occur and off course this is my Saturday to have Nicholas and return him Sunday morning before I have to be back to work in the afternoon.

I am tired of the games with his mother, she is messing Nicholas's life up and making mine more difficult.

Things his mom needs to realize:

  • People pass away everyday, it is part of life, it it is their time, it is their time to go. Using a death as a crutch for years is not benefiting anyone, including your son.
  • Labeling Nicholas, instead of stepping up and being a parent is a cop out.
  • Nicholas now has IEP Meetings
  • Nicholas now is seeing a counselor, I can only imagine what she has him programmed to tell them.
  • Nicholas has no friends that he can see in the neighborhood, due to her choice of place to live and lack of vehicle.
  • I was informed that I don't deal with Nicholas on an everyday basis, so I don't know what he is to deal with.
  • It's called being a parent, keep your legs closed if you are going to give up on that.
  • You collect money from SSAD, Nicholas's Real Father's Child Support, and was getting money from me.
To my friends and the folks that commented on my previous posts, I need to accomplish the following:

  1. I have $500 for a retainer fee for an Ohio attorney to pursue Parental Alienation Petition and Nicholas's best interests.
  2. I also need to know the process of getting a Guardian Ad Litem appointed for Nicholas to make legal and medical decisions.
  3. I need to obtain a case files from Cuyahoga and Summit County Family Services.
If you can be of assistance contact me. I will handle this new year with time dedicated to work, school, and causes. I can not let her bring me down, even though Nicholas is the one that is suffering, I have been there as his father, and Nicholas I have tried, but I can't play your mother's games.
